Return Policy
At My Clean Hamper, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we’re here to assist within the guidelines below:
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Returns for change of mind will incur return shipping costs, which must be covered by the customer.
Damaged Boxes Due to Shipping
Our hampers are carefully packed to ensure everything stays in place during delivery. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by postal services. If your box is damaged during transit, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cleaning products.
- Customised hampers or any products with personalised branding.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at order@mycleanhamper.co within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
3. Ship the product back to us in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return
shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days by emailing order@mycleanhamper.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, as per Australian Consumer Law.
